The guys return from their escapades at the Phoenix Comicon and not a moment too soon as there's an overflow of energy (Brian) that's ready to burst out...Leading off, Tony reviews Astro City # 1. Exciting news for old Astro City fans as they can now pick up on new adventures while new fans may want to slowly digest this one as it will leave you scratching your heads if you are not familiar with the title. Dave is equally confused with his review of the latest East of West. Maybe Dave needs to re-read the title from the beginning but so far, he likes it.
Lastly, Brian unleashes his pent-up angst thanks to the debut of Kick Ass 3. Yes, if you are a BIG fan of the Mark Millar franchise, you'll like this one. If you aren't, then Brian will sum it up for you. It's a priceless moment that you'll love to hear. Somehow, SOMEHOW, the Watchmen somehow gets mentioned in his ranting, which is absolutely incredible. That and Dave provides even more fuel for Brian's fire with industry news.
The Atomic Fallout Society... whatever didn't kill us at the Phoenix Comicon, made us more stronger.
